Zendeh Delan Presents Sufi Music & Samā – Yale University

Zendeh Delan was warmly welcomed to Yale University in New Haven for an evening dedicated to Sufi music and Samā. Set within an elegant and resonant hall, the gathering brought together students, faculty, and members of the wider community in a shared experience of music and Samā.

As the evening progressed, a quiet transformation could be felt in the space. The audience, initially observers, became participants in a collective experience, drawn into the subtle interplay of silence, sound, and movement. Each note and movement served as an invitation: to listen more deeply, to feel more fully, and to reconnect with the inner stillness.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Yale University for hosting this special evening, and to all who joined us with openness and curiosity. It is through such encounters that the essence of Sufi music continues to be shared, offering a path toward unity, reflection, and inner harmony.

Zendeh Delan looks forward to continuing this journey and welcoming new and returning audiences in future programs.
